Due to the government of Canada's goal to prioritize the number of international students selected by Express Entry  - 6 5% of successful EE applicants will be international grads by 2018 - it has become increasingly difficult for non-international students to qualify, without am approved job offer. Graduating from a Canadian post-secondary program and earning one year of Canadian work experience on average will increase your Express Entry scores by 100 CRS points.
